The Alabama Nursing Home Association will conduct a statewide survey to gauge customer satisfaction with nursing home care.
The study is an opportunity for ANHA and its members to discover how the residents of rehab and health care communities view the quality of health care services.
“We can provide higher quality health care and a better quality of life when we know exactly what our customers desire,” ANHA President Frank Brown said. “Nursing homes can use this data to improve services, focus staff training and more. I highly encourage ever member to take part in this survey.”
Past surveys have shown that more than 90% of Alabama nursing home residents rate their care as “excellent” or “good.”
The survey will be conducted in partnership with National Research Corporation using the highly regarded My InnerView survey tool.
“We are excited to partner with ANHA again in 2014,” said Troy Pladson, senior director of post-acute partner development for National Research Corporation. “The Alabama program is a tremendous opportunity for members to continue to build on steadily improving results that they are achieving and focus on what matters most for their customers.”
The survey begins in November. Nursing homes interested in participating must sign up before October 24.
