Description
All applicants must possess the ability to direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility; and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing and Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Must be able to work on a medication cart and provide patient care. Good customer service and positive attitude toward the elderly a must!
8 hour and 12 hour shifts available. Full-time or PRN positions!
BC/BS ins, Vision and Dental ins, 401K retirement plan, Education assistance after requirements met. Paid weekly!
Qualifications: Must hold a current, unencumbered, Alabama LPN or RN license. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner. Must speak and understand English. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices & procedures, and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care.
