The Sanctuary at the Woodlands is currently a 40-bed Alternate Care Site that provides skilled nursing facility services to patients requiring rehabilitation services, as well as long-term care residents. Instead of residents being directly admitted to local skilled nursing facilites, they are admitted to this facility and observed for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days, then transferred to the resident's facility of choice.
