Description
LPN/RN Charge nurse, Day shift, second shift, and third shift available. Must have a valid Alabama Nursing License.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to.. assessment of residents including medication administration, reporting change of conditions to physician and family, scheduling appointments and transportation, supervising certified nursing assistants.
