ANHA President & CEO Brandon Farmer recently participated in a policy discussion with U.S. Senator Katie Britt as part of a gathering of senior care and senior living leaders from across the country.
Hosted by Partners for America’s Seniors, the meeting brought together executives from leading long term care providers, senior living organizations, national associations, and industry partners to discuss issues affecting America’s aging population and the providers who serve them.
Representing Alabama’s long term care community, Farmer joined other industry leaders to discuss policy priorities impacting access to care, workforce development, quality improvement, and the future of senior care services.
The meeting provided an opportunity for providers and industry leaders to share firsthand perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing long term care and senior living as demand for services continues to grow nationwide.
ANHA remains committed to ensuring Alabama’s long term care providers have a voice in conversations that shape federal policy and impact residents, caregivers, and communities across the state.
