Russellville Health Care Center in Franklin County recently earned a deficiency free health survey. Brenda Hovater is the Administrator, and Tawana McCory is the Director of Nursing.
The health survey is an annual inspection of a nursing home by the Alabama Department of Public Health to ensure the facility is adhering to all criteria set forth by the federal government for resident care and quality of life. A deficiency free health survey indicates that inspectors found the nursing home to be in compliance with all standards or was deficiency free. The average number of deficiencies per nursing home in Alabama is 3.7 – below the national average of 5.8 deficiencies per survey.
Congratulations to the staff of Russellville Health Care Center on this outstanding accomplishment!
