RN or LPN Charge Nurses

RN and LPN positions available
7a- 7p, 7p-7a and 2nd shift available with every other weekend off

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License

• Supports other healthcare team members, and the physician in the provision of resident care, to include delivery of resident care, collection of on-going resident response to care, admissions and discharge planning and resident and family education. The LPN/RN works in close collaboration with other healthcare team members to evaluate the resident’s plan of care and progress toward goal attainment.
