Rehab Unit Charge Nurse (M-F)

We are looking for compassionate, driven, highly-skilled nurses to join our sub-acute rehabilitation unit. Our patient population typically ranges from post-orthopedic surgeries, status post-CABG, acute MI, and those in need of intensive wound care or IV antibiotics and TPN.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assessing residents, providing treatments and administering medications according to the physician's orders, building relationships with residents and their family members, supervising and empowering Nursing Assistants, as well as working with our team to maintain a positive work environment.
