Baylor Rehab Charge Nurse

We are looking for passionate, driven nurses to join our Rehabilitation Unit. We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Baylor Nurse who would be scheduled to work 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday (6:30 AM-6:30 PM), as well as one 8 hour shift during the week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assessing new/current residents, providing treatments and administering medications according to the physicians orders, documenting and completing all necessary paperwork on your residents, building relationships with residents and their family members, supervising and directing Nursing Assistants, as well as working to maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.
