Westside Terrace Healthcare Center & Rehab First recently earned a deficiency free health survey. The Administrator if Kristie Hughes and the Director of Nursing is Stella Barnes. The facility is located in Dothan.
The health survey is an annual inspection of a nursing home by the Alabama Department of Public Health to ensure the facility is adhering to all criteria set forth by the federal government for resident care and quality of life. There are over 140 areas that inspectors must review during each survey.
