Hanover Health & Rehab in Birmingham recently earned a deficiency free health survey! Susan Potts is the Administrator and Jackie Smith is the Director of Nursing.
The health survey is an annual inspection of a nursing home by the Alabama Department of Public Health to ensure the facility is adhering to all criteria set forth by the federal government for nursing home resident care and quality of life. A deficiency free survey indicates that inspectors found the nursing home to be in compliance with all standards or was deficiency free. According to September 2013 statistics from the federal government, 9.2% of Alabama nursing homes were deficiency free.
Hanover Health & Rehab is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility offering long term care and sub-acute care. Congratulations to the staff of Hanover Health & Rehab on this outstanding accomplishment!
