Finding a nursing home is as close your smartphone thanks to the recently unveiled mobile version of ANHA’s facility locator.
Because the locator is web-based, it’s compatible with any smart phone and users don’t need to download an app.
“People looking for rehab, respite or skilled nursing care now have the information they need right at their fingertips,” ANHA President Richard Brockman said. “As consumers increasingly use smartphones to access information, we’re make it convenient for them to find information about nursing homes from a trusted source.”
Users can search by city or zip code to find nursing homes in a specific geographic area. You can also search by the name of the nursing home.
Clicking on a map “pin” displays the nursing home’s contact information and provides a link to more details.
