Mark Traylor, 2027 ANHA Chairman of the Board.

Traylor’s election as board chairman follows his service as vice chair. He previously served as ANHA board chairman in 2018 and 2019.

“It’s a privilege to once again have the opportunity to serve as chairman of the Alabama Nursing Home Association,” Traylor said. “A lot has changed in long term care since I last served in this role, but what hasn’t changed is the dedication of the people who care for Alabama’s seniors every day. I’m proud to be part of an association whose members support one another, share ideas and work together to make our profession stronger. I look forward to building on that spirit of collaboration as we move ANHA into its next chapter.”

Traylor is President of Traylor Porter Healthcare, a fourth-generation healthcare provider. He has a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama and is a native of Roanoke. He is a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Alabama.
