Magnolia Haven Health & Rehab Center and Oakview Manor Health Care Center recently earned deficiency free health surveys.

Every nursing home goes through a rigorous annual inspection by the Alabama Department of Public Health. The survey covers every aspect of resident care and quality of life to ensure that the nursing home is adhering to all criteria set forth by the federal government. Alabama ranks above the national average with 10.5% of nursing homes receiving a deficiency free health survey.

Ouida Gandy is the Administrator, and Erin Hill is the Director of Nursing at Magnolia Haven in Tuskegee. At Oakview Manor in Ozark, Sherry Roberts is the Administrator, and Kathy Ingalls is the Director of Nursing.
