Cullman Long Term Care & Rehab Center recently earned a deficiency free health survey!
Federal law requires the State of Alabama to perform annual inspections of each nursing home – called a health survey. Surveyors from the Alabama Department of Public Health’s Division of Health Care Facilities spend several days on-site reviewing all aspects of the nursing home’s operation.
Mandy Shaddrix is the Administrator, and Leesa Butler is the Director of Nursing.
