
Magnolia Haven Health and Rehabilitation Center shared the following story as part of ANHA’s 75 Stories of Care initiative.
For nearly five decades, Ms. Janice White has been a steady and dedicated presence at Magnolia Haven. With 49 years of service, her career reflects a remarkable commitment not only to her work, but to the residents, families, and colleagues she has supported along the way.
Throughout her time at Magnolia Haven, Ms. White has served in a variety of roles, including as a Certified Nursing Assistant and in the Activities department. Today, she continues her service as the Medical Records and Medical Supply Clerk, bringing years of experience and knowledge to her role.
Her journey is a reflection of both versatility and dedication — a willingness to grow, adapt, and serve wherever needed. Over the years, she has contributed to countless moments of care and connection, leaving a lasting impression on those around her.
Employees like Ms. White are rare. Her loyalty and longevity serve as a reminder of the value of perseverance, integrity, and a true passion for serving others. Her impact extends far beyond her daily responsibilities, touching the lives of residents, coworkers, and leadership alike.
As Magnolia Haven celebrates Ms. White’s nearly 49 years of service, her story stands as a powerful example of the commitment and compassion that define long term care.
