As part of Careers in Aging Month, the Alabama Nursing Home Association is proud to recognize the dedicated individuals who make a difference in long term care communities across Alabama.
Bridget Bolton has been a valued member of the team at Crossville Health and Rehabilitation for 23 years, serving residents and staff in several roles throughout her career. She began working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and today works as a Laundry Aide, where she continues to play an important role in supporting residents’ comfort and daily care.
During her more than two decades at the facility, Bridget has built lasting relationships with both residents and coworkers. She says one of the most rewarding parts of her work is the friendships she has formed along the way.
“I love it when residents call me their friend,” Bridget shared. “The long-term friendships I have made with coworkers is definitely the most enjoyable part of my job.”
Those who nominated Bridget describe her as reliable, conscientious, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Known for her friendly personality and strong work ethic, she is a team member colleagues and residents can count on every day.
Thank you, Bridget, for the difference you make every day!
