Kelley Johnson of Noland Health Services has been elected to serve as Region 8 Director on the Alabama Nursing Home Association Executive Board.

“It’s an honor that my peers elected me to represent them on our association’s board,” Johnson said. “I’m excited to serve Region 8 and all members of the association. We have a unique opportunity to improve the health care and quality of life of Alabamians who are elderly or disabled because we speak with one voice on issues important to long-term care.”
Johnson has worked in long-term and post-acute care for more than 25 years. Her career began as a physical therapy assistant in 1999. She earned her nursing home administrator license in 2002, and is currently licensed in Alabama, Florida and Georgia. She has served as Vice-President of the Senior Living Division of Noland Health Services since 2019. In that role, she is responsible for the operations of 10 skilled nursing facilities, four assisted living facilities, one specialty care assisted living facility and three independent living facilities.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University and an associate’s degree in physical therapy from Georgia College. She and her husband have two adult children.
The Alabama Nursing Home Association’s Region 8 encompasses nine counties in southeast Alabama. The region is home to 16 skilled nursing facilities and five assisted living facilities that are members of the association.
