Director of Nursing

Fair Haven (www.FairHavenBirmingham.org), a Methodist Home for the Aging in Birmingham, Alabama, is searching for an innovative, dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing committed to a person-centered and resident-directed method of care. Appropriate candidates will have a firm grasp of post-acute care environment, a deep understanding of MDS/Care Plan process and strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building strong teams, mentoring employees, and encouraging others to support organizational change initiatives.

Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as DON and a B.S. in Nursing. Master Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, compensation package, and benefits.
