Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management

Primary Duties:

The Director of QA and RM is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the corporate and facility QAPI and RM programs for (5) five skilled nursing facilities and (1) one specialty care assisted living facility. This position reports directly to the President and Vice President of Operations. All of the facilities are located just off Highway 280 between Birmingham and Auburn Alabama.

Education requirement:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and holds a current Alabama Registered Nurse license in good standing.

Experience requirement :

At least 5 years of nursing home management experience either as a Nursing Home Administrator or Director of Nursing. In addition, previous experience and education/certification in QA and RM are preferred.
